2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

You have the legal right to share your customers’ contact information with ReviewReady.You have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to receive marketing or service-related communications via text or email.You will not upload or provide any customer data that violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights.You are responsible for compliance with privacy laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other local data laws).

ReviewReady is not liable for any penalties or legal claims resulting from improper use of customer data or non-compliant outreach on your behalf.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to use ReviewReady:

For sending spam or unsolicited messages without proper consentFor unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposesTo upload or transmit viruses or malicious codeIn a way that interferes with the proper functioning of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our services may be offered on a subscription or per-campaign basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as agreed upon at the time of sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once service has begun.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

While we aim to improve your business’s online reputation, we cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews, rankings, or customer behavior. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. ReviewReady may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay.

9. Governing Law
